Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your tickets, DLO Musical Theatre will refund your money, minus the credit card processing fees. Tickets may be cancelled for a refund up to twenty-four (24) hours before showtime. We’re sorry, but after this time, we cannot provide any refund.
We can exchange a ticket for a different performance of the same show, as long as there are seats available for the new performance you wish to attend. The new ticket(s) must be the same price as the original ticket(s). We’re sorry, but we cannot exchange tickets between different show titles.
Season Membership
A DLO Season Membership entitles you to three tickets that can be used in any combination for the three regular season musicals, plus a free ticket to the summer 2024 children’s musical. Season members have early access to ticket reservations, for the best seats in the house! As a season member, you are also eligible to vote for DLO’s board of directors in the spring.

This premium package includes all the benefits of a regular Season Membership, plus:

Season Membership Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds (full or partial) or exchanges for Season Memberships. Thank you for your understanding.
