Box Office

The box office at Center Stage Rehearsal Hall at the Village Mall (next to Burlington) is currently closed due to recommendations for social distancing during the COVID-19 outbreak. Please call us at (217) 431-1660 to confirm that we are open before stopping by. You may purchase tickets by cash, check, charge, or gift certificate.

Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your tickets, DLO Musical Theatre will refund your money, minus a $2 per ticket processing fee. Tickets may be cancelled for a refund up to twenty-four (24) hours before showtime. We’re sorry, but after this time, we cannot provide any refund.

We can exchange a ticket for a different performance of the same show, as long as there are seats available for the new performance you wish to attend. The new ticket(s) must be the same price as the original ticket(s). We’re sorry, but we cannot exchange tickets between different show titles.

Season Memberships

A DLO Season Membership entitles you to one ticket to each of the three regular season musicals, including dinner at the winter show, plus a ticket to the summer children’s musical. You will also benefit from being able to make reservations for each regular season show before seats are offered to the general public. (Seats for the youth musical are not reserved.) As a season member, you are also eligible to vote for DLO’s board of directors in the spring. 

Don’t need dinner? Have it your way! Grab a Flex Season Membership. This entitles you to four tickets to any non-dinner performance over the course of the season – in any combination. Want four tickets to one show? No problem. One ticket to each show, with one to spare for a friend? You got it. Two tickets each to two of the shows? Yes, yes, and yes! The price is only $65, and entitles you to the same benefits as a standard membership: early seat reservations, free admission to the summer children’s musical, and board member voting privileges.
